What you should pay attention to when using hydraulic pumps ?

1. Check the wiring problem and the sensor damage status by using a multimeter. Test the actual hydraulic temperature whether too high by using a direct temperature meter. The normal hydraulic oil temperature is 40-60 degrees, and it can reach 60-80 degrees in summer. It is a high temperature phenomenon If 90 degrees appears.

2. Check hydraulic system’ Oil Return Check Valve , and it should be disassembled to check whether there is problem caused--- the spring is broken or jammed. If any problem find, you need to clean or replace the relative parts;
